The easiest way to activate your Lowe's Store Card is either through the card’s webpage or via the issuer’s mobile app. Alternatively, you can activate your card by calling customer service at (800) 444-1408.
Your new Lowe's Store Card will be ready to make purchases in just a few minutes no matter which method you use to activate it. There is no certain time limit within which you need to activate your card, but it’s best to do it as soon as possible.
How to Activate Your Lowe's Store Card
- On the website: Log in to your online account (or create an account if you don’t have one). From the menu options, click on “Activate.” Enter any required security information, including your account number and zip code.
- On mobile: Log in to the mobile app for iOS and Android using the same credentials that you’d use to log in online. Tap the credit card activation button and enter the required information. Other than that, the procedure is the same as online activation.
- Over the phone: Call (800) 444-1408 or the number you see on the sticker attached to the front of the card. Verify your personal information (e.g. Social Security number, card number, or phone number associated with your application) to activate your Lowe's Store Card.
If you have any trouble activating your card, call the Lowe's Store Card customer service at (800) 444-1408 and enter your Social Security number. You will then be connected to a live representative who should be able to help you.
