Yes, you can use a credit card without a PIN. You only need a PIN if you plan to use your card for cash advances at ATMs or to make certain purchases when traveling abroad, as you'll otherwise be able to insert a card's chip, swipe the magnetic stripe, or tap the contactless payment terminal when using your card in person. When making credit card purchases online, you just need to enter your card number, expiration date, and security code.
