No, there aren’t any Chase secured credit cards available right now. In fact, there’s never been a secured credit card from Chase. Chase offers unsecured credit cards for people with at least good credit.
Although there is no Chase secured credit card, the same cannot be said for many of Chase’s competitors. Capital One, Citi, and Bank of America are just some of the major banks that offer secured credit cards.
Here are some good secured credit card options:
The Citi Secured card has a $0 annual fee. The card requires a deposit of $200.
The opensky has no credit check when you apply. This card has a $35 annual fee and requires a $200 deposit.
(see details, rates & fees)
The Capital One Quicksilver Secured card offers 5% cash back on hotels, vacation rentals and rental cars booked through Capital One Travel, and 1.5% cash back on all other purchases. The card has a $0 annual fee and requires a $200 deposit.
So, even though you’re not able to get a Chase secured credit card, you still have plenty of options. And they’ll all help you start building your credit, plus save some money. Once you get your credit score to "good", you can start thinking about applying for a Chase credit card.

Nope, they don't "bother" with bad credit folks. At the end of the day though, the cards they do have are pretty good anyway, so I think we can forgive them.
