I just spoke with Credit One about my AMEX card AGAIN about my card not working. After 3 calls, an agent finally explained that if your account is flagged for fraud they will send you a text to verify the transaction. If you do not verify it immediately and keep trying you will have to wait until all of the pending declined charges are clear from your account or it will just keep declining them
@: Same issue here, I order food already than a decline, Hella embarrassing
@ShiningStar: did you ever get your card working and how long after that did it take to get to working the same thing has happened to me
@mb7053a: Same thing for me here. Just got the card yesterday, it was activated and worked just fine. Next day I go to use it on DoorDash and it’s declined despite having more than enough money on it. I called twice and they said something in the system was marking it as suspicious but my account looked fine and then basically said “Nothing we can do, it’s our system and we’re not trained to know how it works” and if I couldn’t get it to work then, I had to try and wait another 5-7 days to try and use it again.
