Unfortunately, there is no customer service line for the Department Stores National Bank. The bank was recently acquired by Citi and only issues department store credit cards, such as the Macy's Credit Card and the Bloomingdale's Credit Card.
If you want to reach the customer service line for any of the credit cards issued by the Department Stores National Bank, you can contact the cardholders’ line for each affiliated store. If you already own one of these cards, you can also call the number you see on the back of your card.
