The starting Discover it chrome credit limit is $500. But yours could be more, since credit limits are determined based on one's credit score, income and overall creditworthiness.
If you’re not satisfied with your credit limit, you could request an increase online by signing in to your account or by calling 1 (800) 347-2683. Discover will also periodically review your account to see if you’re eligible for an increase.
Your best chances for receiving an increase are if you’ve been paying your bills on time and in full for the last 6 months, or if your credit score and income have improved since you were approved for the card.
It is worth noting that a credit limit increase will only result in a soft pull, which will not affect your credit score.
