The starting Hilton Credit Card credit limit will be determined based on your credit standing, income, and debt once your application has been approved. However, there's no surefire way of knowing your credit limit beforehand as Amex doesn’t disclose a minimum or a maximum credit limit on their website.
Keep in mind that no matter what your initial Hilton Credit Card credit limit will be, you can always ask for a credit limit increase. You can do that, either online or by calling either the number you see on the back of your card.

When I applied for this card I had a FICO score of 660 and Vantage 2.0 of around 700 (one agency 697 and the other 714). They approved me and I ended up with a credit line of $1000. I imagine, based on the research I’ve done, that I’m essentially near the bottom of the low end to get approved for this card. The good thing about Amex, though, is they are pretty generous about credit line increases. I’ve seen others go in and get a 3x bump after 60-90 days of on time payments and not carrying a balance. I believe being signed up for auto-pay on the full balance also works in your favor.
