The best credit card for pet owners with bad credit is the Bank of America® Unlimited Cash Rewards Secured Credit Card. It has a $0 annual fee, works pretty much anywhere that takes credit cards, and rewards you with 1.5 - 2% cash back on purchases. That can help you save a lot on pet supplies.
Generally, choosing a secured card for your pet supplies is the best way to go if you have bad credit. Secured cards charge the lowest fees and offer the best approval odds. Some of them come with rewards, too. You will have to put up at least $200 for a security deposit, though, and your deposit amount will become your credit limit.

Do your pet a favor and work on building your credit with a secured card. You won’t get any crazy good offers until you have a decent credit score. You can pass the time by teaching your pup (or cat, or lizard or whatever) some tricks!
So you wouldn’t get a pet specific card? I just want to do what’s best for Guapo (my dog).

Same as for everyone else with bad credit: a secured card. Discover’s is good for the rewards.

BofA Secured or Discover Secured. Don’t pay an annual fee.

I use a Nibbles Card - new card for pet owners. Gives 3% back on vet bills and includes pet insurance ($249/year). If you spend much at the vet, this can be cheaper than separate insurance. But only if you have steady income because the annual fee is high.
