I enjoyed reading the article on:

"Does the Bank of America Cash Rewards card cover rental car insurance?"

The above article was written by Chip Lupo.

Earlier, I did extensive research on the feature called "car rental insurance" on a certain credit card which is typed below. This article stated there's no "car rental insurance" as well as another mentioned "there is".

On 12/11, which is today, I visited a Bank of America concerning about more information as well as applying in the future.

I asked the Relationship Manager Lending Specialist does this card called Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards Secured Credit Card has car rental insurance. She said no, it doesn't.
I asked her for the number to the personal in order to discuss my request. She surrendered it over to me.

I need Chip as well as whoever's reading this message to contact me for further investigation.

Chip's article was for the non-secured card. The regular credit card. This page is for the secured card. You read his review for the regular, non-secured card and thought that applied to this card? Secured cards don't usually work for renting a car.

I had been a long customer in good standing (i.e. no NSFs or other negative activities on my accounts) and was passing well over $5,000 per month through my accounts. When my Chapter 13 was discharged last year I waited the recommended 6-weeks and then applied for their Secured Rewards card; denied. The denial reasons stated I was applying for one of their premium cards (I had not) and that I was in an active bankruptcy (I clearly was not); I appealed and was denied a second time.

They didn't approve me until after I'd moved all of my banking activity to the bank across the street (literally), and that was when I had the chance to say, "Thanks, but no thanks; too little, too late."
