Cardholders can set up PNC Bank automatic payments through their online account. Calling customer service at 1 (800) 558-8472 also is an option. Once you’re enrolled, PNC Bank will withdraw the payment amount from your linked bank account on the scheduled date.
How to Set Up PNC Bank Automatic Payments
- Log in to your online account via the PNC Bank website or mobile app.
- Find “Transfer Funds” on the account home page and then select “PNC Accounts and Payments." Next, click "Schedule a Transfer”
- Select a PNC bank account you would like to pay with as the “From” account. For the “To” account, select your PNC credit card. Then, select “Monthly” as the Frequency.
- Select your payment amount. Choose from the minimum amount due, the current balance, the statement balance, or a customized amount that is more than the minimum payment.
You should always make sure your bank account has enough funds for the payment a few days before the due date, to be safe. And once you're enrolled in automatic payments, don’t forget to review your recent transactions regularly.
