The Wells Fargo credit card approval odds are best for people who have at least good credit (a credit score of 700+). Just keep in mind that the higher an applicant’s credit score is, the higher their approval odds are likely to be.
However, your approval odds will be influenced by several other factors, as well. For example, applicants must have enough income to make payments on the card. Plus, a higher income also leads to better approval chances. Other factors that will play a role in approval include existing debts, monthly housing payments, age and residency requirements, and more.
You can check your Wells Fargo credit card approval odds before you apply by using their online pre-approval tool. Wells Fargo also sends out pre-approved offers by mail. Just note that pre-approval does not guarantee you’ll get approved.
