Dillard's Card does not stand behind their customers. I had fraud on my card that I did not authorize purchases 2 hours from my house, in a place I have never been, and they are funding me responsible! When I found the fraud because they did not. Multiple purchases every day for 18 days! I reported it as soon as my card was declined. Every other card company would find me not responsible. They are an awful company and this is serviced by Wells Fargo. I have disputed it twice to no avail. Their Executive Office is a joke, they will present your explanation then tell you they can just advocate but have no power in the decision. Its awful customer service. Get a Discover or Chase Card, they are much better at detecting fraud, actually pay attention and do not charge their customers for fraudulent purchases they did not make! Do NOT ever get a Dillard's card!

They have serious issues with their online payment portal which they are not willing to address via Wells Fargo. I STILL have a 30 day late mark on my credit report because of critical errors I found on THEIR website which prevented them from receiving my timely payment. Despite attempts for years now going back and forth with the credit bureaus AND WF Dillards, providing documentation of these proven critical errors on their payment website, proof that they gave NO late fee warnings (although it was their websites fault I was late) the credit bureaus have told me that WF Dillards is still unwilling or too lazy to budge on this. My credit score is literally flawless with 0 late payments and I keep an under 1% utilization ratio. QF Dillards alone has been preventing me from achieving an 800 score and has caused damages in me and my husband's life because we want to refinance our home when my score reaches over 800 like his. I am in contact with my attorney, about to begin litigation. I have found hundreds more people affected by this same issue. If you would like to participate in this too, please contact me. Hey Wells Fargo, this can all be avoided if you simply remove the late mark YOU are responsible for, which is not my fault at all. I have evidence of critical errors on the site during the time I submitted my timely payment, a track record of perfect on time payments with my 13 other credit cards, an email account showing zero warnings or notices from the company, and the evidence points to negligence on behalf of Wells Fargo. Please accept personal accountability. My credit score is worth the time and money I will invest into making this right but if you want to dodge that bullet, please do so now. I closed my account to prevent further abuse from Wells Fargo, but my maiden name on there was Danielle Saviello and my name now is Danielle Schumacher. I can be reached at 707-771-9711. I know now that I'm not the only person affected by this and if this is not addressed, I will make sure to help all the others I've met who have this same issue.

Applied for card went in multiple times "in store" to pay with money orders and had proof with money order stubs it was still marked as no payments so I called them and got transferred around for 45min! Now I have to get STATEMENTS from my bank and send it in to wells Fargo because some REALLY BAD customer service both in store at the Dillards (I used to love to shop in) and over the phone I have filed many disputes with all 3 credit beaurous and they "sugested" I contact the CREDITOR which means back to square 1. It was reported as NO payments and bad debt charge off, when in fact the opposite is true and I have proof from my bank.....horrible customer service I will never do business with this company...a bunch of lying dishonest thieving !@#$!!

I am on the phone with their customer service right now for almost an hour and a half, still being transferring around. I had to call back 4 times during transfer and talked to 9 different people so far. All I want to do is to unlock my online account and dispute a charge that I do not recognize. Any other credit card company would take 10 minutes max and dispute charge online. I have Dillard's card for 8 years now. But I stopped using it this past 6 months after long travel, and everything got reset after they switched bank and my account got locked. The rewards seem no longer worth it because I don't shop at Dillard's online store that often anymore.

I REALLY love having a Dillards account. Compared to other stores I have cards with, they provide the best incentive, in the form of deals. Matter of fact, I just went to Dillards the other day, bought several new outfits at 65% off with an additional 40% off. The frequency at which you find these types of deals is amazing. The only thing I DON'T like, is the fact that I live in Sacramento, and the nearest one is in Stockton (which I never go). SO I only get to go when I visit my grandmother in Reno. I schedule my trips when they are having deals ;-).

The Dillard's Store credit card is great for me because I love shopping at Dillard's and they constantly run promotions where if you make a qualifying purchase you get a really nice financing option for it. I've taken advantage of several of these and it's allowed me to get a bunch of really nice stuff that I wouldn't have been able to get otherwise.

Dillards card is ok, I have had it for over 10 years. Dont use it that much anymore since I dont shop there as often as before. But it works as intended, the APR isnt the highest Ive seen but isnt the lowest either. I like the reward points system where you are allowed to accumulate $10 or 10% off purchases.

I use the Dillard's store card almost once or twice a week. I'm always buying clothes, gifts, and birthday presents from them. I love the reward program and you can't beat the coupons and savings you receive from them as well.
My husband and I own very few store credit cards, but this is one that I definitely can't live without!
Recently, my mother-in-law asked me about our rewards program we receive from there, and she was ecstatic to get hers in the mail as well. Can't be beat!
