Frontier Miles Elite Status is a way of rewarding loyalty to the airline with extra perks. There are 4 tiers—Elite Silver, Elite Gold, Elite Platinum, and Elite Diamond—each offering unique perks, such as free seat selection, a free carry-on bag, and priority boarding. Elite Silver Status:
- How to Qualify: Earn 10,000 Elite Status Points annually.
- Benefits: No change/cancel fees for the member and up to 8 others on the same reservation, family pooling, priority customer care, standard seat assignment at booking (subject to availability), preferred seat upon check-in (subject to availability), zone 2 boarding, and 20% mileage multiplier on eligible purchases.
Elite Gold Status:
- How to Qualify: Earn 20,000 Elite Status Points annually.

Elite Platinum Status:

Elite Diamond Status:
- How to Qualify: Earn 100,000 Elite Status Points annually.
- Benefits: Elite Platinum benefits, plus refundability of flights for the Member and up to 8 others on the same reservation (refunds must be processed 24 hours before departure), two free checked bags for the Member and up to 8 others on the same reservation, free DISCOUNT DEN® membership, free Gold Status Pass (given annually on Jan. 1), 100% mile/point multiplier on eligible purchases through Flyfrontier.com, upgrade to UpFront Plus seat assignment upon check-in (subject to availability).
With a Frontier credit card, you’ll earn 1 Elite Status Point for every $1 spent, giving you a fast track to Elite Status. After your first purchase within the first 90 days your account is open, you’ll instantly receive Elite Gold Status, but this is only valid for 90 days. To maintain Elite Gold Status for the entire year, you’ll need to spend $3,500 within those first 90 days.
