You cannot apply for the J.P. Morgan Reserve Credit Card right now, because applications for the card are no longer open at this point in time. The J.P. Morgan Reserve Credit Card has been unavailable to new applicants. However, there are other cards available from J.P. Morgan Private Bank that you can apply for online and in person.

The J.P. Morgan Reserve Credit Card trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance provides reimbursement for eligible travel expenses charged to the card, up to $10,000 per covered person and up to $20,000 per trip, if a loss results in cancellation or interruption of the travel arrangements.

The benefit reimburses cardholders in the event of cancelled or interrupted trips due an injury, burglary, storm, etc.

My first choice is obviously Centurion Bank, Coming in second is Citi Prestige World MC ( no longer available by invitation for new clients ) J.P. Morgan Reserve CC does not have a great concierge service so that’s why I put it 3rd

This Card is great, I travel around the US and surrounding countries all over for baseball and I have never had one issue at all. Very secure, reliable, and easy to use. I recommend if you are invited to apply for this card to do so and use this as your primary credit card. The benefits and perks easily pay for the annual fee. Also side note, The customer service line attached with this card is next level, everyone is very genuine and nice. willing to help you with anything you need and get you the service you need. Great Card

Annual fee has never been $595. That’s what the Palladium card used to charge, but then all the blogs incorrectly assumed the same for the J.P. Morgan Reserve. It’s $450 and was scheduled to be $550 this year but rolled back due to COVID-19. Also, the card is not chip and pin, it’s chip and signature. There are additional benefits over the sapphire reserve, such as a hidden tradeline, no cash advance fee, soft credit limit (allows 3-4x over limit), United Club membership.
