You can activate your Chase Slate card either online or through the mobile app. Alternatively, you may also activate your card over the phone at (800) 945-2000.
How to activate your Chase Slate Card:
- Online: Go to Chase’s page for verifying receipt of your card and either log in to your account or enroll in online banking. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to activate your card.
- Through the mobile app: Download the app for Android or iOS. Then, either create an online account or log in with your credentials. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to activate your card.
- Over the phone: Call (800) 945-2000, enter the last four digits of your card number, and follow the prompts from there.
If you don’t have a Chase online account, you need to provide your Social Security number as well as your card, account, or application number to enroll. Once you’re signed in, you’ll be able to verify your new card, set account preferences, and more.
