You can get a Chase Slate cash advance from any ATM that accepts Visa cards. Just make sure to have your card and PIN with you. If you don’t already have a PIN, you can request one over the phone at (800) 297-4970. Another way to get a cash advance is from a bank teller by presenting your card and a photo ID.
Before you take out a Chase Slate cash advance, it’s important to note that it is a very expensive transaction. You will have to pay a cash advance fee of 5% (min $10), in addition to any other ATM fees an ATM owner may charge. Also, the amount that you withdraw will immediately begin accruing interest at a rate of 24.99% (V). Therefore, it’s best to avoid making a cash advance, unless it’s an emergency.

Pretty much any ATM will accept a Visa. You really should keep away using it that way though, credit cards aren't meant for taking out cash, so the fees will make you cry. The interest rate itself will sting, since it starts piling on right away. If it's a serious emergency, go for it, but make a note to pay back ASAP.
