The Chase Slate credit limit is at least $500, according to customer service. However, your credit limit can be higher, depending on various factors such as your credit history, income, and debts among other things; Chase doesn’t disclose a maximum credit limit, though. It’s also worth noting that you can only apply for Chase Slate card with an invitation from Chase.
How to Increase Your Chase Slate Credit Limit
If you already have a Chase Slate card, your credit limit can increase over time. Chase periodically reviews accounts for higher limits, and you can always call customer service at (800) 432-3117 and ask for one. In order to get bigger credit limits in general, you should work to improve your credit score, maximize your income and reduce debts.
Chase Slate Balance Transfer Limit
If you’re planning to transfer a balance to Chase Slate, the amount you transfer can’t exceed your credit limit (or $15,000, if your limit is higher than that). If the limit you’re approved for is less than the transfer amount you requested on your application, Chase will send a letter notifying you of the discrepancy. You can choose to transfer a lesser amount, ask Chase to reconsider your limit, or not open an account after all.

It starts off at $500 and can be as high your credit score and income allow it. That's for the bank to decide, they don't give out any maximum limit.
