You can only check your Comenity Bank credit card application status by phone. Just note that there isn’t a general Comenity Bank phone number for all of their credit cards, so make sure to call the phone number associated with the card you applied for. Then, wait until you’re connected to a representative to inquire about your application.

If the issuer denied your application, there might still be some hope left. Ask the representative for a reconsideration by explaining your situation. If they don’t change their decision about your denial, consider becoming an authorized user on someone else’s account.
