Credit One’s website does not have a live customer service chat feature. Nor do they have a customer service email address. But you can access Credit One’s Credit Card FAQs page online, along with tools to first check for pre-qualification and then check the status of your Credit One application.

I Read this, and it worked ,trust ,trying to call credit one was a huge frustration . This is what you do call 1-877-825-3242 and ignore the prompts punch in the last 4 of your credit card then you'll be asked enter the last 4 of your Social ,go ahead enter your social then punch star three times*** and your in and will be talking with a live person. I couldn't believe it worked but it did. I'm a Credit one card holder. Signed; Daniel

I FOUND THE ANSWER!! TRUST ME IT WILL WORK! If you need to speak to a live representative for any reason for Credit One Bank, call this number: 1-877-628-1610; when the prompt comes up, press 1 for eng and 2 for spa, the auto-prompt will ask a question, just say "speak to representative", it will pause and ask for the last four digits of ss #, DONT DO THAT, just repeat "speak to representative" then you'll be transferred to a live agent. You're welcome:)
I followed the instructions above but it didn't work for me. I kept asking for a rep. and the machine hung up on me!! What an awful Credit Card company. My son got this card and now leaves it to me to make payments for him. Trouble is that the website won't accept the email address and password that I set up. It seems that credit card companies nowadays are completely useless!!!

To speak to a live agent call 877-825-3242 if you have trouble connecting physically punch in the phone number rather than from your contact list or from a website. Listen to all options, then enter 0 (not a listed option). You will hear all of the options again, enter 0 again. Your call will be transferred to a live agent. Have the last four numbers of your card and your last four numbers of your Social Security number ready and available.

I needed them to send me an email to confirm they removed an authorized user from my account and that just flat out refused. Said they can't send emails.
It's terrible that you can't even talk to a live person anymore on their app/website
