I pay all my bills in my credit one credit card and i have the available balance but why i cant used my CC its always unauthorized .. Credit one is sucks ..

To speak to a live agent call 877-825-3242 if you have trouble connecting physically punch in the phone number rather than from your contact list or from a website. Listen to all options, then enter 0 (not a listed option). You will hear all of the options again, enter 0 again. Your call will be transferred to a live agent. Have the last four numbers of your card and your last four numbers of your Social Security number ready and available.

It's terrible that you can't even talk to a live person anymore on their app/website
I have been using this card for about 9 months. I pay my balance in full every month. And almost always Credit One adds $2.50 to my balance right after I pay my bill and right before they report to the credit agencies. So it looks like I carry a balance. I’m trying to keep my credit utilization to zero. This company makes it impossible
