- Go to the First Access application status page.
- Give your date of birth and application ID when prompted.
- View your First Access Card application status: approved, denied, or pending.
In many cases, you should receive First Access' decision regarding your application within minutes. If you haven’t heard back within a reasonable time frame, you can always call customer service to ask about the delay.
