There are no tire credit cards for bad credit, as the tire store credit cards that are available require at least fair credit for approval. Your best bet is a secured credit card with rewards, since it will be attainable with bad credit and help you save money on your tire purchase.
As a result, the best tire-purchase credit card for bad credit is the Bank of America® Unlimited Cash Rewards Secured Credit Card because it gives 2% cash back on all purchases for the first year, and 1.5% cash back thereafter. The Bank of America® Unlimited Cash Rewards Secured Credit Card also has a $0 annual fee.

Your other option is to rebuild your credit a bit. If you can get your credit score to fair, or a score of 640+, you might be able to qualify for something like the Tires Plus Credit Card or the Discount Tire Credit Card.

I would not get a “tire credit card.” They’re usually very limited. Just get a secured card with the best rewards possible if you can pay for the tires without carrying a balance for months. If you need help financing, try something like the OneMain BrightWay card.

I doubt you’ll do better than Discover’s secured card given the first year bonus.
