You get 3 free tows with Progressive roadside assistance every 6 months. Progressive’s 24/7 roadside assistance will tow your vehicle to the nearest qualified repair shop, or anywhere you would like within a 15-mile radius.

If you need roadside assistance and have already used your allotted tows, you can still call Progressive, but you will need to pay for services out of pocket. Out-of-pocket service charges are paid to the local tow company handling your claim, and prices vary depending on the market price for roadside assistance in the area.

You can also use your roadside assistance calls for more than just towing. Progressive offers winching services, battery jump-starts, fuel delivery, tire changes, and locksmith services, too.
