To talk to NEA® Credit Card customer service, call (888) 758-7946 and then if you are an existing cardholder, press #2. When asked, enter either your credit card number or your Social Security Number and follow the prompts. This process will get you in contact with a live representative who should be able to answer your questions or direct you to the appropriate department.

How to Talk to NEA® Credit Card Customer Service by Phone

1. Call the NEA® Credit Card customer service department. You can even use the number on the back of your card.
2. If you are an existing cardholder, press #2. When asked, enter either your credit card number or your Social Security Number and follow the prompts.    
3. If you are not a NEA Credit Card holder, press #1.
4. Speak to the live representative.

If you can't or don't want to talk to the NEA® Credit Card customer service over the phone, you can always connect with customer service online by logging into your account and selecting "Help & Support" tab, then choose "Contact us".

Unfortunately, the NEA® Credit Card does not pay for Global Entry.

You could, however, consider the Bank of America® Premium Rewards® credit card. This card gives $100 in statement credit to cover the cost of Global Entry every 4 years, as long as you pay the Global Entry program fees with the card.

When it comes to credit cards that pay for Global Entry, there are other options to consider, as well.
