The only way to know for sure is by checking your application status. To do so, call Customer Care at 1-800-695-9478. Hope this helps.
I missed my payment by 2-3 days but no late payment fee pops up. Am I missing something?

Would not sign up for the credit card. I have had this card for 5+ years and missed 1 payment. All they could offer me was 50% off the late fee. This was prior to them finally starting the automatic payments. Thinking of paying off my bill and closing the account.

Verified CustomerCommennity bank let me open all accounts and place my first on line orders then a week later they closed all my accounts even after I had send in my I’d and rental agreement they didn’t give me a chance and so I don’t understand how my accounts can be late

Verified CustomerThe savings I got when I allowed myself to be talked into a credit card didn’t make a dent in the overall purchases, and I don’t plan on getting any other née store cards. They say “soft inquiry, your credit score won’t be affected”, but that’s not true.

Verified CustomerI love my card! I’ve been a Victoria’s Secret card holder for a year now and never had issues with my card besides today. For some weird reason, my card declined when I tried to place an online order so I had to call customer service and have them place the order for me. Not that big a issue. I also reached the gold tier!!! My starting limit in 2020 was $350 and I requested an increase last month and they bumped me up to $850, which is respectable due to my thin credit file. I plan on being a Victoria’s Secret loyalist for a long time! Thanks, Comenity!!!

This makes me super sad to write this review. I have been a customer with Victoria Secret credit card for years and because of a "slow mail system" they just lost a customer that pays every single month on time and pays her bills off every single month. Why did I choose to do this? Because they would not remove a late fee that was incurred after the mail and my bill pay stretched an extra 3 days (not a week or a month) because of the USPS being slower than usual. When I called VS credit card and spoke to three different associates they would not remove my 31.00 late fee therefore they lost a customer that has been with this company over 20 years. I am super sad that the customer service was so bad that they would not be understanding enough to give me a break. I can't believe how representatives at this time in the world we live in during Co-vid have no heart. I am just so disappointed in this credit card and I warn everyone who is interested in signing up for this card to beware of the horrific customer service and the non-forgiving staff they have there. They just lost a very loyal customer.
