You can get a Chase Ink referral bonus by inviting other business owners to apply for any of the Ink Business credit cards: the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card, the Ink Business Cash® Credit Card, the Ink Business Premier® Credit Card, and the Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card. To invite people to apply for an Ink Business card, you must register online with Chase’s Refer-A-Business Program to receive a special link.
If someone you refer is approved, you’ll receive 20,000 bonus points, worth $200 cash back (or $250 toward travel booked through Chase Ultimate Rewards with the Chase Ink Preferred). You’re eligible for five referral bonuses (100,000 points total) each calendar year.
How to Get a Chase Ink Credit Card Referral Bonus
- Register for the Refer-a-Business program.
You can register online from the Refer-A-Business page or through the Chase mobile app. To register online, enter your name, zip code, and the last 4 digits of your Ink Business card number. Then, click “Get Started”. You should see your referral link and a list of options for sharing the link.
From the mobile app, log in with your Chase online username and password. You should see the “Refer friends” option. The next page will include the referral link and your sharing options. - Share your referral link.
Once you click the “Copy Link” button, you can send your link through text, e-mail, or social media. You can always copy the referral link and e-mail it on your own. If you have a Facebook or X account, you can post a general invitation link, too. - Wait for your referrals to be approved.
When a referral is approved for the Ink Business card using your referral link, you’ll receive 20,000 bonus points. If they are denied, you won’t receive the bonus. Rejected applications do not count against your five annual referrals limit. - Collect and redeem your bonus points.
Your bonus points will post to your Chase Ultimate Rewards account within 8 weeks of your referral’s application being approved. Because of privacy concerns, Chase will not disclose information on the application status(es) of any referral(s).
Points do not expire as long as your account stays open. You can refer people for any Chase Ink card, regardless of which one you own. However, if they apply for any other Chase card, you won’t receive a bonus.
