The best instant approval and use credit card for bad credit is the Montgomery Ward Credit Account because it can give you an instant decision and you can use it right after approval. However, the Montgomery Ward Credit is only accepted by Montgomery Ward.
Keep in mind that credit cards that allow instant use are pretty rare. Plus, almost all of them require fair credit or better. However, there are plenty of credit cards for bad credit that you can get instantly approved for. You generally need to wait 7-10 business days to receive the card by mail. But that’s not that long to wait, so you might want to consider shopping around.

The Fingerhut Credit Account is your best bet, and there's also the Capital One Platinum Secured Credit Card. Generally speaking, any secured card is pretty easy to get if you pay down the deposit.

I wouldn’t worry so much about instant use. When you have bad credit, you should focus on getting approved, paying as little as possible in fees/interest, and improving your credit. So, with those things in mind, I’d go with Discover Secured or opensky Secured.
