Not working for me (10/24/24): Pressing '0' per above, puts you into their voice-activated system. Won't take further keypad/numeric inputs. >> After '0', I tried to press ' ** ' to get to keypad input. BUT then, no option was offered if you don't have the account info. (I needed to speak to someone directly.. NOPE). In short: You will NOT get to a human, trying to connect at this phone number!
