No secured credit cards with airline miles are available at the moment, but there are a few secured credit cards that offer cash back on travel purchases, including airfare. For instance, the Bank of America Custom Cash Secured Card offers 6% on a category of your choice, and airfare is an eligible category.
With a secured credit card, you add a security deposit to establish your credit limit. The deposit also serves as collateral if you default. If you close the card with your account in good standing, you’ll get your money back. But if you have an unpaid balance, the issuer will take it out of your deposit and return the rest.

It's tricky, because there is Skypass, LATAM and AerMexico, but you only get rewards on those particular airlines. I'd say get a Discover it Secured and get 1% back on airline ticket purchases. Definitely more rewarding.

There's the Skypass Visa Secured Card, where you earn 1 mile for every dollar spent on purchases, and a 5,000 mile bonus after your first purchase. Plus, each year you renew, you get another 1,000 miles.

AeroMexico's secured card is a good one, but it's definitely not one of the best secured credit cards. I'd say maybe work on your score before looking for rewards.
