To activate a Surge Credit Card, call (866) 449-4514 or go to the issuer's activation website.
Your new card will be ready to make purchases in just a few moments, no matter which activation method you use. Issuer does not have a certain time limit within which you need to activate your card, but it's best to do it as soon as possible.
How to Activate a Surge Credit Card
- By phone: Call (866) 449-4514 or the number on the sticker attached to the front of the card. Verify your personal information (e.g., Social Security number, card number, or phone number associated with your application) to activate your Surge Credit Card .
- On the website: Visit the issuer's activation page and enter the last 4 digits of your credit card number, the last 4 digits of your SSN and your 5-digit ZIP code. Then, click the "Activate My Card" button and wait for confirmation. Activate your Surge Credit Card as instructed.
