I've been using my card at Lowes until 10/15/2023. My card was declined for a 259.00 purchase. I was so stunned that I had them to call the card, and they said that the card was never intended for the use at Lowes, and that it was a fluc in the system that allowed me to spend thousands of dollars at Lowes with the Synchrony Home card. They suggested that I opened a Lowes account using Discover. Needless to say I very disappointed.

Yes. I just made a purchase at Lowes with my Synchrony Home card today...I paid for my washing machine online at Lowes .com and paid for my dryer in store while picking up my washer.

yes you can use your card in store and with buying online. I just used mine in both ways this past week. Oddly though I was told by customer service thateven though Lowe's is fine you cannot use it with Home Depot
