You might be able to go over your Amazon Store Card credit limit with the issuer’s approval but there’s no way of checking that beforehand. You will just have to use your card for an amount that goes over your available credit and see if the system allows the transaction to go through.
Keeping your account in good standing by paying your credit card balance on time and in full each month increases the chance of the issuer letting you go over your credit limit.
You should keep in mind, though, that going over the limit with your credit card negatively affects your credit score, so make sure you stay within your limit. If you need access to a higher credit line, you can instead ask for a Amazon Store Card credit limit increase.
