There are a few credit cards with high approval rates, the best of which is the opensky® Plus Secured Visa® Credit Card. There’s no credit check when you apply, so approval is almost guaranteed. You just need $300 for a refundable security deposit and enough income to make monthly payments.
Notable Credit Cards with High Approval Rates
While there is no such thing as a credit card that offers guaranteed approval, some cards will have more lenient requirements. Secured cards, for instance, require a refundable security deposit that acts as your credit limit. That reduces the risk for credit card issuers and allows them to approve more applicants than they would for most unsecured credit card offers.
In case you have no credit history at all, feel free to check out some of the best credit cards for people with no credit and pick one according to your individual needs. If you're a student, some of the best student credit cards for students with no credit tend to offer better rates and rewards than their general consumer counterparts.

If you have bad credit, secured cards have the highest approval rates. Unsecured cards for bad credit are hit or miss (and usually very expensive). If you really want high approval odds, though, you should work on improving your credit score.

Secured credit cards have the highest approval rates - particularly secured cards with no credit check. I agree with the OpenSky rec.
