Yes, Wells Fargo does have an American Express credit card, the Dillard's Credit Card. It is a co-branded credit card that is issued by Wells Fargo and belongs to the American Express network. The Dillard's Credit Card has a $0 annual fee and offers a 10% off shopping pass after spending $100 the same day you open your account. Cardholders also earn 2 points per $1 spent at Dillard’s, grocery stores and gas stations, and 1 point per $1 spent on all other purchases.
Wells Fargo also offered the Wells Fargo Propel American Express® card, but it is no longer available to new applicants. The Wells Fargo Propel 365 American Express® Card and the Wells Fargo Propel World Credit Card are even older American Express cards that have been discontinued.
